Da Vinci Code - Separating Fact From Fiction
I don't think I have to say much about this. Right from the beginning I already know the Da Vinci Code is not true, as i find out myself (not by reading that infamous book). There are so much media coverage about this and Dan Brown has captured many many people's attention about Christianity. This is good as it helps to speed up the mission process, as the number of people who have not heard of the Gospel has decreased. Some Christians may even drop their faith because of this deception - well, the only thing we can do is to pray that God would bring them back one day. Anyway, the resources below is enough to satisfy your doubts about the Da Vinci Code. Besides, Channelnewsasia has documentary about the real Da Vinci Code. It is now up to individual to decide to reject the One True God or to receive Him.

The bible has already warned us both in the OT and the NT. The Gospels have been around for 2000 years and 2000 years is really a long time. For example, Hebrews 11 reminds us about Noah, a man who spent 120 years waiting for God to fulfill His promise of a devasting flood (Genesis 6:3). There are many cases whereby the characters in the bible had waited for God's promises and then witnessed the fulfillment of God's promises, but I only list one case. We, living in the A.D period as well as in the 21st century, are also waiting for God's promises of Jesus's return and judgement, a New earth and heaven and thus eternal life. Up to now, most Jews do not receive Jesus as the Messiah and they are still waiting for God promised Messiah who is actually Jesus Christ. [Jesus warned, "I have come in My Father's name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive" (John 5:43). ] On the other hand, Christians and those who believe in the resurrection of Jesus are anticipating for the return of Christ. Ops... I think I'm going out of point. Okay, I put some bible verses that has been warning us for around 2000 years liao. For His all-wise reaons, God has chosen to delay His perfect justice.

But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them - bringing swift destruction on themselves. Many will follow their shameful ways and will bring the way of truth into disrepute. In their greed these teachers will exploit you with stories they have made up. Their condemnation has long been hanging over them, and their destruction has not been sleeping. (2 Peter 2:1-3)
